Takes me back to my younger days in Michigan at the Woodward dream cruise. Id save up all year so I could afford the tickets id get for doing burnouts. Not burning much rubber these days in my ford edge 😩😩😩

These aren't cruisers. These are hot rods and muscle cars, and very nice they are too, but every time an actual cruiser came along it was missed, like at 5:32 that gorgeous 58 Chevy.

theres a sense of sadness and depressing disapointment to this. look how these cars draw a crowd, the wows and cheers. yes this is the affect cars from 40 plus years ago have on the human soul. there beautiful not just to see but to hear too. to think that once apon a time almost every one of these cars was an affordable daily driver to millions of people. these cars were everywhere once apon a time. and thats what is so sadening. look at the dull ugly fopish plastic souless drones we all have to suffer not only driving but have to look at every day when driving around now. even that BMW brifly seen coming the other way which are seen by many as appeling cars beholdings nothing compared to them. plastic all round, airbags all round, tiny silent engains, low output, mpg the biggest sales and bragging point, bubble shaped noddy mobiles.. that what were all left with now. and thay wounder why were all depressed these days...rant over. love these old beautys, long may thay live and all who restort and look after them.

Unfortunately there may be no next time as the cops have put a damper on things the last 2 years. I have been well aware of the sun problem.The sun has always been an issue shining right down the road. I stood on the other side of the road one year but the cars went by too close for comfort and they didn't want to burn out with me standing there so I moved to the other side of the road.
