I met up with my sister a week or so ago. for the first half hour neither of us could speak. Our minds were filled with our current problems and neither of us wanted to burden the other. So we prayed. At first we didn't feel anything just the same melancholy about the world. so we talked on and on, held hands and reminded God of His promise to be amongst us. Boy did things change - we said goodbye laughing and singing "How Great Thou Art...." - It was wonderful Hallelujah Since, Ive been reading Job and always being watchful for those patient, ever present, crouching little foxes - As we grow in Christ - the greater a prize we are for satan. Satan must know God wins so why does he bother? to steal God's beloved and take them down with him - so be vigilant of the little foxes.....

It has also a way of reminding you of that old tale about the rich lord out hunting and shooting birds, he had his servant with him and he would shoot the birds out to the sky maybe two, three or even four more more or less within the same short minutes. The birds would all fall to the ground, some of them injured and some of them dead and so the servant would quickly run and bag these. As the servant was running the rich lord would shout out bag the live ones, bag the live ones and so the servant did. Later on that morning the rich lord thought that he would make fun of his servant because he was a Christian and he would mock him and say how come if your a Christian you have so much trouble in your life and I don’t? The servant thought about all of this and quickly the answer came to him and so he said - Why boss its because Im a live one and your a dead one, the devil gives me so much trouble because he wants to bag the live ones, theres no point in him worrying about the dead ones because they are already in this sense in the bag, he gives me so much trouble in chasing me around because he wants to get me in his bag?
