- Boosie took viewers on a tour of his sprawling estate. Boosie's house covers 26,000 square feet, includes 13 bedrooms, and 10 baths, and it was built from scratch on a previously raw land of 88 acres. He designed and built the house himself, in phases as funds became available. The mammoth-sized home features personalized decor, including a room dedicated to photos and memories of his loved ones, a salon, a nightclub, a game room, a private elevator, and much more. I'm not sure the 50 cent crib was even his. I know the cars 50 used were all rented for the show. Most of the houses on mtv cribs didn't belong to the celebs. Remember singer JoJo? She admitted that the house she used on the show belonged to her uncle. She was actually living in a hotel.

still fronting he built it.. he implied he built it weekend by weekend as if he was out there pouring concrete and framing the place and saying he designed it. he might've signed off on the final plans and had a large part in design but he didnt create the structural floor plans that had to be sent in to get permitted by the county
