Exactly the Culture of BPO industry, Alas no one highlighted the issue that how BPO's in pakistan give salaries late like after 5-10 Days sometimes 15 and how less they Give as compare to international Rate and BPO's are taking 7-15 USD from Clients per Hour but Hardly paying 2USD to Employees..I Wish someone Can Highlight this issue too..BPO's like IBEX and Mindbridge needs to realize this...Robotic Job to hai ye and they don't do much for Mental Health of Employes, As an Ex BPO's Employee i can Understand the Pain and Everything an agent go through...
This 22min was better than whole drama industry of PAK.

That paycheck have opened millions of gates for people who had lost hope to have a future in Pakistan. Its easy to portray think and represent only one side of the story!

I was in ibex as a senior web app developer but spent very less time due to a bad manager. They should look at their managers first especially who are getting old and doing nothing just putting pressure without any reason. I had no task from him for a long time after that he started proving that I am not capable of doing tasks. I thought instead of getting my mind into this dirty office politics I should resign. But apart from this all overall ibex was awesome. Later I found out I was just unlucky otherwise ibex is a good place to work.

I have worked at BPO industry (Mind bridge) Pakistan . Worst worst worst experience ever. Thank God I left that job , working in such environment is tough where you are left with zero social life.
No holidays on Eids or any special occasions. Just pathetic experience. Watching your video I got Goosebumps 😅😅 you just remind me of that experience.

If you are youth, this is not the destination. This shouldn't be your ceiling, only a step in the ladder if it has to be. Learn online and build a skillset that gives you work life balance and is more rewarding.
PS: that skillset doesn't mean some ecommerce stuff (it can be a sidequest). Something more sustainable. Something that can help Pakistan free itself from the constraints of having to import stuff.

I mean... it was good? wasn't the pacing a bit off? Dialogue felt awkward at places. Overall a good watch. The beginning was so good. Made me hooked to the story. Later on though it did feel like it was rushed. Specially the part where she starts doubting herself, it was so out of the blue. Keep making more though. I wish i could have been a part of the team too....
