I was shocked how well the Baby Banter fit in my big hands. That was until my girlfriend took ownership of it. Maybe I need to get this version so that I might be able to keep one 🤣
I've bought my wife a few knives in our 40 years. The only one she carried was her little SAK until I bought her a Baby Banter at Bladeshow 23. It only stays at home when she flies.
Just my opinion, but the baby banter (1.0 & 2.0) are overpriced for what you're getting. A small (5th pocket) knife in Nitro V with an MSRP of $80-85. I'd maybe consider it if it was in S35VN for that price.
@kylephelps7817 I hear ya. I would buy it at $50. Then it would be on par with other similar knives. Kizer Banish, Vosteed Raccoon Cub, CJRB Pryrite Mini are all sub $50. All that aside, the Baby Banter 2.0 looks promising. Just not a huge fan of the colors.
@paullampton All I'm saying is that there's many other comparable options for much cheaper that are in the same category (similar size and blade steel). That's just my opinion. BUT, if I were talking strictly about blade steel and value, I'd say you can get a Kizer Cormorant in S35VN for $59 or a QSP Penguin in S35VN for $60, so $85 for S35VN isn't too far fetched.
