I don't understand why they didn't even bother changing the body at least for the TF3 they aren't even trying to compete with others companies.. Overpriced for what they give you.
Makes you wonder who engineers or is involved with design with these vehicles RC4WD Comes up with. Why they can’t have somebody that has basic knowledge of Toyotas design there someway not at all scale trucks it’s always about the dollar or seems to be I have three of their vehicles and just started two years ago after having two boys and not being able to fly my RC planes I’ll get back into it but wow the basic things you can do better for the same price and sell so many more he’s pulling the strings.

So I can hate it too 🤣 and sell it on to some one els
It’s a cursed truck. Brings the owner great misfortune.
I know the tf2 isn't perfect but man this was a big let down, and I still can't understand why the "scale 22r" is so damn massive. makes no sense. 😐
I understand hiding a 540 can motor can be a challenge but it’s a bit exaggerated. Hasn’t the technology come far enough that a “1/10” could be powered by a 380 and be easily concealed? I’ve often wondered.
Why Why Why.. Just because ;-)
Because it's funny to anger your customers!
@@turksandjerps exactly😅
I don't understand why they didn't even bother changing the body at least for the TF3 they aren't even trying to compete with others companies.. Overpriced for what they give you.
I don’t know but they need to wake up.
I'd imagine it's a blindfolded person that's given a vague description of a truck then he draws it with a crayon with his non-dominant hand (still blindfolded).
10yrs ago - RC4WD has weak axles
Now - RC4WD has weak axles
Literally the same ring and pinions.
Literally the same ring and pinion in a cheap as dirt Chinese no name axle 🤯
Not as much as a redesign or even hardening.
RC4WD doesn't care about quality or customer satisfaction.
Why is the engine so big? Cause thats the joke 😂
That is the joke. And also possibly... what she said.
@@turksandjerps 😂
Ah the Trail Finder 3. I'll never buy one of these. I have a Trail Finder 2 and it's my least favorite truck. It's quality is subpar compared to my other crawlers.
This will make your TF2 look good
Don’t buy a RC4WD truck. Too much money for crap technology!
Technology ok engineering bad
I absolutely hate rc4wd at this point. I got a tf2 in a trade, complete piece of garbage. Nothing but problems since day one. Never again...
They have been disappointing a lot of people it seems.
Why do people keep buying these for $600 when it seems like everyone is in agreement that they are garbage? Leaf springs?
That’s why I bought it used! And there is nothing wrong with leaf springs. I prefer them.
@@turksandjerps yeah I was asking if leaf springs is the selling point or if not, what is the reason these are so popular besides the short wheelbase?
@@TrillMurray The leaf springs on these are a selling point to most people (I assume). I think people also like that they come with hard bodies. Nobody should expect SCX/TRX/VS410 performance from these but they should expect a semi functional vehicle for the price.
@@turksandjerps thanks! That's what I figured. I'm building a trail king with a lc70 hard body and I'm loving how capable it is so far with a hard body and scale engine bay and drive line
For around the same price, you can get a Boom Racing BRX02 leaf edition. It's a much better chassis than rc4wd will ever release.
shocks so stiff
It’s the leaf springs that are stiff
RC4WD needs to just STOP making vehicles…..
It’s embarrassing..
Stick to tires
Trail finder 2 or almost any are good you just need to know what ur doing
Sorry, I’m new to RC. You don’t have to be rude about it.
@@turksandjerps my apologies i didnt want it to seem like that take care friend 👍🏻
The same but worse-er!
Can’t wait to see what’s next
Me either-er!
I don't get RC4WD people...
They're an insult to good value.
Agree
Well this was a waste of 20 minutes 😒
Thanks for 20 minutes of watch time
I will keep building anything else, I'd rather mess with an rgt or a redcat than this turd
Hangers at the front are right for a Jeep or a Chevy, but Toyota did it the other way. most people convert to rear hanger for better steering in real world applications
I’m well aware not all trucks have the same hanger/shackle setup but when a truck is sold as a Toyota with a Toyota mini truck body it should have the right suspension setup.
It’s hilarious how some people don’t understand the purpose of this rc truck!!🙄
You my friend only need a traxxas!😂
We understand the purpose of this truck but the execution of it is terrible and confusing. High price, poor quality, weird engineering, questionable appearance to name a few.
I’m in process of building something that I will eventually send to you so you can tool around the folly with it🦄🏴☠️🫵🏻🤓
I think you’ll be thoroughly disturbed😂🤣🦄
I'm intrigued and be warned there isn't much that would disturb me. I'm a sick, sad individual.
@@turksandjerps 😂🤣😂I knew I liked you for a reason!
