The slider assembly is the most critical part of the build, attention to detail is important, I recommend HDPE for the slider plate it's .230" thick if purchased as 1/4", no need for the tape if you use 1/4" MDF for the spacer (as you can HDPE see not required though) :) Thanks for the tips on the biscuits and how to make the cuts! I'm still watching the series (and learning) so I'll add some more tips I use on my PTS builds. I'll say it's interesting to watch all the ways my plans have been built! Great videos!
