I just played a game that ended 7-6 for me. When I scored, my opponent got to run at my defence without any challenge off kick off. Regardless of how many times I mashed the tackle button, the game refused to tackle. I can handle conceding goals because I made an error or a wrong input. This game is influencing players' ability to keep games close. It's so egregious this year.
My biggest issue in this game is the idiotic player switching. The amount of goals I concede cause I go to swap to my center back as he's cutting in from the wing and it swaps to my fullback on the other side of the attacker is crazy
bro i have the same issue the player switching is horrible the only way ive been able to cope is just using right stick switching for almost everything
Shit happens to me alot too at times I dont even bother and try to switch to the player I want because by the time im switched to the player I want I ruined my players ai from constantly switching which is why I even give up switching sometimes and just wait and hope my ai doesn‘t fuck me
The matchmaking was the hardest I have ever played , no way everyone knows how to play the game , finished rank 2 , everyone was like minimum Div 1 player

They get deflection goals, they clear balls & if they randomly win it that's a counter. That's why even winning dosen't feel great cause you're not in control

I got robbed this weekend league. 3 games I was winning, 2 of them the server connection failed (one at 87' minute), the other one my game crashed, and it gave me the loss. To make it better, my rewards were trash. W game.

Played my first WL and got 6 wins with a terrible team (I bought the game late), and I don’t think someone’s team has ever mattered more than this year. I literally couldn’t do anything against the top cards and I was a rank 3/4 player last year. I’d play well but my players just didn’t have the roles or stats to finish, defend, pass, etc., it was extremely frustrating especially considering my pack luck is bad so I won’t be upgrading my team anytime soon…
Another 9+ champs weekend and another week of getting no promo card or good walkout or hero lol. My best player last weekend out of 10 wins was Gundo and now this weekend out of 9 wins was Osimhen. Pack weight is a disgrace considering the time and effort you gotta put in to get a good rank in the rubbish gameplay, lag and input delay in also the most competitive and sweatiest fifa/fc has ever been. If the game continues to be this unrewarding and unenjoyable to play then I cant see people staying for much longer

Hot take: Gk movement and timed shooting is a virgin tech skill gap, just like corners. Cant even shoot a normal long shot or finish proper without, compounded by gk movement being only counter to green time long range finesses being the best way to finish 1v1s. Insane. Worse than 19 .
I see no point in playing a competitive mode in a game, where the skillgap from a hightier to a pro player is so minimal and based around using broken mechanics instead of playing football, its not worth my time. We can just pray and hope that we get a better game from another company.

@carmelodg1988 the 'skill' of this game is using both right stick and l1 because right stick switching is unresponsive and wrong half the time.
This is one of the biggest issues i have too, it switches to everyone but the player you want and then hes through on goal😂
