if you want to make like this use disc brake as support brake not main brake because plastic is not so strong

Why not just glu the 3D printed part to the wheel with epoxy glue?
epoxy i think is easy to break

yes its easy to set up but the quality of epoxy is different compare to 3d printed high quality plastic

this setup will not work on the es1/es3 because there's nowhere to mount the brake caliper.
