Today i was joined by Jack, Harry and Esther. We got up at the crack of dawn to head to Thetford forest, Norfolk to try smoke bomb photography. Super happy with the results and was mad fun.

What settings do you have to use to get the video to look like this one? Pictures as well. It’s like the colors are vibrant but everything is dark and detailed at the same time

Hey Ben, it might sound selfish to ask, but theres something called smoke cakes that are somewhat of a popular thing now. They're super cheap and I would like you to make a review of these since there aren't many videos on youtube yet about these.

Yessenia Rodriguez I would think so yes! High shutter speed helps get crisp smoke if you can control that? If not I’m sure it’s worth trying :)

how does that mic work with that setup?
Baron Adventures the rode mix fits on the mount on top and plugs via aux into the left hand of the camera body, the camera automatically senses the input and records sound through the external mic! Hope that helps :)

@@Yite386 to be honest with you think I had the camera on aperture priority so I can’t remember the exact settings sorry! ISO depends on the sensor also, shot on a Sony a7sii :)
