- Hey Hunty, I've been house hunting and I came across a beautiful home in Atlanta, and of course, I took you all on the journey with me. Which home do you like? I'm obsessing over the last one and I think it's the one.
I hope Alliyah doesn’t waste too much time being a assistant. She’s definitely BOSS status and could easily have a assistant of her own

Perhaps she feels more comfortable talking about her Christian faith, now that she's getting divorced from her MUSLIM husband 🤷🏿♀️. I think she may now start indulging in pork products again, being with Adam, she switched to eating turkey bacon instead of pork bacon 🥓, etc. She's now free to be who she wanna be and eat what she wanna to eat. Lol

@@natalielawyerchick You're very right! Christians are very hypocritical with the whole pork eating situation! Many Christians seem to pick and choose what they want to follow from biblical scriptures. I'm a vegetarian, so the pork thing doesn't apply to me either way.

I love Aaliyah. She is the voice of reason that Latoya needs in her life right now. Even though she is younger I can tell that she is not afraid to say what is on her mind and check Latoya if needed, in loving way. You can tell the relationship they have Latoya respects her advice and listens to her. Latoya I hope you pay her good and get her a dope Christmas present cause she is your complete life saver!!!! When thinking about a town house that's not what I had imagined. Its beautiful and I love it.
The town house is beautiful. You will have a great turn around on it when you decide to build your forever home. One thing I’ve learned when it comes to building and wanting things that would suit my needs, is buying land. Buy some land and build whatever you want for you and the kids. You might be out in the country depending on how much land you want but it will be worth it. Stay blessed and healthy LaToya

The townhouse is really nice. In the city, is it safe enough? Can people walk up to your lower level door? You already have celebrity status with TH-cam. Imagine after you are on the housewife show. You will boost up even more. Close your eyes and imagine your children running around in the house dropping items everywhere. Making noise while your filming or blogging. What if you invite over company, male or female is there room for entertaining without distractions from the kids space. A perfect investment, I agree for the future but your present has to be comfortable. You own a business, is that closet honesty going to fit your clothes. The kids items. You love to shop. You don’t need to look a hoarders house. Believe me downsizing with little growing kids is harder then you think

💯 Facts!!!! My husband and I bought our first house 15 years ago. ( we still live here) both of our parents homes are paid for, my parents in historic West End and his in Lithonia, so we already have 3 properties within our family. Real estate is the fastest way to create generational wealth!!!

Latoya Forever I think your assistant was right. The city of Atlanta is not the best place to raise children. When you have children you have to sacrifice for them. I can see your assistant was trying to stir you in the right direction. Houses are better investments than townhomes. The counties are easier to rent or sell if you are doing real state. Your assistant is so grounded and she is a praying woman. It will help you if you listen to her more. Much respect.
I think she wants to rush out of her current house. At the same she has not found her dream house yet. Therefore, she tries to fulfill a dream she always had- having a townhouse in downtown where she has business meetings - meanwhile she can relax and get her mind straight.
She's right. She can't make a permanent decision if she's not ready yet.

Defunding police and looting increased insurance and decrease safety of properties of businesses and homes. People raise their families in the surrounding counties and work in the ATL. Only rap-heads and trap-heads are hyped about the ATL. People raising family's and single parents keep their children far from the crime culture in ATL. These are facts. A few years back a woman was r*ped in a club while having her phone secured with a phone ring and the whole thing was seen on FB. I worked the ER for a while I seen the g*n shot victims of bm by bm. Keep your sons and children away from this culture.

It's a great house. It look really spacious & does not even look like a town house. The 1st house though was really nice, with the media room. But I agree the closer you are to all the restaurants, shopping and city is better and more convenient. All the best La Toya! Love from T&T!

Living in the “outskirts” of metro Atlanta has its perks especially living in Cobb. We aren’t that far from the city and yet we are far enough that we aren’t in the city, if that makes sense. Houses in Smyrna and Marietta typically sell
ent fast and we have a mixture of families. In that I mean, there are places we wouldn’t live and then it goes upward. Yes, I’m advocating for my area. 😄 I am definitely not a fan of the townhouse, but that’s because I don’t like sharing a wall with a person if I am paying the price of a stand alone. It’s cute for a small family; a family with one child or less. My favorite was the first home.
All of these homes are so beautiful. I love them all!

Investment properties are a good idea. Let someone else pay the mortgage, property taxes, repairs, etc for you.
literally the upside to renting is not having to pay property taxes, repairs, and etc. all the renters pay is the rent

@@398jeffersd renters do not indirectly pay for everything. thats the benefit to renting. if the roof caves in, guess who pays for that. the owner. not the renter. If the washing machine breaks, the owner pays for that. Thats why people rent. to not have to carry that burden.
@@lafire387 good landlords allocate a portion of rents in a reserve fund for emergencies and investment insurance, but should all come out of rental funds🤦🏾♀️
@@398jeffersd yes “good landlords” not every landlord. Not every landlord has multiple rental properties so either way the downside to owning is paying for everything. A landlord making $1400 in rent every month is gonna have to come out of pocket for repairs and everything else
