Also...the "it's not illegal" thought process is what's wrong with us now. We have this problem where we think that anything that isn't illegal is okay to do.

As hard working as Brittney was from such a young age she deserves to be able to dance around and make whatever video she wants. She’s not hurting anyone and she seems happy. She’s earned it.🤷🏾♀️
Can we want the best for Britney but also be honest and say something seems “off”. When she’s twirling around like that, how she’s dressed or not, her face, the way she speaks, it’s off. Britney and her music legit was the soundtrack of my teens, I loved her. Knowing what it takes to even get a conservatorship approved by the courts should alert the masses that something was and maybe still be wrong. I still believe a conservatorship is necessary for her. Maybe it shouldn’t be her dad or any family member but it should be somebody.
People say this but its a short sighted view. I get that we want everybody to be happy but sometimes we don think it through. Its like when people find a sick animal and set it free just to watch it immediately get scooped up by an hawk or something. Maybe setting that animal free wasnt for the best and you should have set up some more precautions first. That doesnt mean you should never have set them free but sometimes you need to consider whether someone can handle that freedom without potentially harming themselves. Britney's family was fucking her over and thats wrong but social media is always quick to advocate for something without understanding all the details. She's clearly not all there and needs support rather than being set free only to be at risk without help
@@Arcadia6227 How do you know she needs support though? Do you see her finances? She seems to stay home a lot and not flashing her wealth in stupid ways.
Ja's mom has called him twice to "take care" of people for her, so she's not gonna handle him if she's someone who's putting him into those situations. Also, him being young is not an excuse. Out of the 400 something NBA players, 80% or so being young black men, he's the only one having these problems. Teenagers used to come straight from HS and not get into this kinda trouble. There are dudes in the league who have some association to actual gangs (either being in them before being drafted or being friends with members). If those dudes can refrain from acting a fool, a kid who grew up in a middle-class family can, too.
Kev you are so right! The way this cost of living is rising, me and mine don't care how it get paid, nor who pays it. Bro, it just gotta get paid! 😂 I agree with Angel, I don't think I could ever fully rely on someone else to take care of me, or handle all of the bills. I'm expensive. I like what I like and I want what I want. Target, Sephora, Starbucks and Hobby Lobby my best friends!😂😂
My favorite game to play is to guess when Angel is going nonchalantly insert the ads and it stills pertains to the conversation at hand. Nobody can do it better.
And then she had to just tell him to go into the Noom ad because he wasn't catching nothing she and Josh was throwing at him! Lol 😆 "Kevin just go into the ad" LOL! 😂
6:57 she probably pays for her side of the family; her parents etc. Being an actress isn’t constant income. She’s essentially a freelancer/ contractor. The pandemic taught us that none of our jobs are promised.
IKR, the folks criticizing Gabby and Dwayne must not understand the basic fact of a marriage being: 'What's mine is yours and what's yours is mine." They also must think of money as a thing that only pays the bills.
Yes. It’s not just what she does but then the media clipped that out and put that out as all she said and the way black women are set up in our community…..
I was a stay at home mom, living the soft life before it was a thing. My husband paid all the bills for most of the 30 yrs we were married. We lived on the east coast where it was expensive. Our three kids had a beautiful childhood with regular vacations, lots of friends and lots of love. Yes I am a black woman. Funny thing is I didn’t know at the time that this was unusual bcuz I saw other black families doing it to some degree. I does n many instances take sacrifice. Ppl think u just kick your feet up, watch tv and have lunch with friends. There’s way more that goes into it. My husband never treated me like a burden or a child who he’d give an allowance to. Though many can’t imagine this lifestyle, it does exist and can work. You must be prepared to make compromises that’s all.
I disagree with the Ja Morant take. That man be out here threatening people, throwing up gangs signs (despite being warned by actual gang members) & aiming red beams at opposing teams buses. He’s trying to exude a certain hood image and be in the NBA and you cannot have it both ways. We witness senseless crimes in the black community at an alarming rate and to suggest that he shouldn’t receive consequences because the gun is legal makes no sense to me. Besides he got a slap on the rest the first time, then you do it AGAIN! He’s 23. He should be able to do better and I’m not sure if he’s being enabled by family or not because why hasn’t a daddy, uncle, cousin or SOMEBODY yoked him up and talked some sense into him.
The maturation of the prefrontal cortex isn't even developed until age 25, so while I'm not condoning his actions, I do think he deserves some type of grace for making the mistakes that a 23 year old in the social media era would make... just cause his a millionaire doesn't magically change his maturity, it just hightens his immaturity even more... I'll say like I said in another response... Why cant we have grace for a 23 year old making 23 year old mistakes when we have 60 year old Law makers & Politicians taking pictures with guns to make Christmas cards while the nation they're elected to "Protect" has a mass shooting almost every week and they are literally doing nothing for gun reform... we literally had a president who incited a insurrection where people were literally killed!! Walking around scott free enjoying life but we want to condemn a kid essentially smh. He has to face the consequences no doubt, but grace should be applied to his situation.
@@KeonteTV I’m confused how he hasn’t been given grace? He has about six different incidents that have occurred that I can list right now. I’m a 24 year old young adult myself and I’ve witness people face much harsher consequences for less, so his talent is definitely alluding him some level of grace. When you have life changing money at your finger tips, and a promising career I’m trying to figure out how hard it is to not wave a gun in a camera. No one’s saying not to carry, not to have protection, or exercise your rights but not show it on camera when you’ve already been warned before. That’s just ridiculous, but I guess give him until 25…. Let’s see how far that logic gets him. Gun laws are a problem on their own but that’s a different topic.
Angel gave a word, faith in areas of abundance is soooo difficult. The old hymns and the way Black faith has existed is so based on struggle. As I grow it is hard to see God and the let Him lead even when you're not struggling
The defenses of Ja Morant are wild. Most jobs now have rules regarding social media. Is there racism, yes. But there are plenty of things that can get you in trouble that aren’t illegal.
The struggle is real out here in the Midwest. As a single working mother, I wear alot of hats and volunteer for way more than I would like to keep these bills paid.
What bothered me about what Gabrielle Union said about splitting the bills 50/50 with Dwayne Wade, who out earned her by a lot, is not some antiquated idea about gender roles, but knowing that so many black women feel like if they don't have that kind of financial contribution they'll feel unsafe in some way or like they're not contributing, and if you're not doing that you question your worthiness to be loved. She didn't say that, but that's how a lot of women are made to feel these days. If the financial split were equitable, that's one thing, but 50/50 seems extreme given their financial differences and how many family members she's likely supporting.
Sometimes I feel like the people who are so deeply vested in famous peoples households are the same ones who don’t have enough going on in their own lives or use celebrities as a form of escapism. Shoot, folks really act like Gabrielle went up there and said “we should all be doing 50:50 and that’s the way it should be and you’re a bird if you don’t”. She literally just said she struggles with scarcity mentality and now it’s ‘off with her head’. Please go get some business smh. Folks talking bout some “I could never” then don’t! 😂 it’s not like you live with them
Gabrielle Union knew exactly what she was doing by saying her and DWade split their hh 50/50 lol she has always been provocative in her interviews and this is such an easy way to get people talking. maybe she wouldn’t feel overwhelmed by her finances if she didn’t have to contribute half to Dwade whether she chose to or not. He can afford to take care of her so she can take care of her family. I think as black women we have to do a lot of unlearning regarding the money dynamic in our relationships with black men. Things should be equitable if he makes more why shouldn’t he pay more? And all love just saying lol
@@erikarichardson4267 I don't think it would matter if she was contributing to her household with D Wade. The point of that particular conversation was that regardless of what she makes, she will always worry about finances even when she does't have to. In regards to 50/50 or 100/0 I think most households are based on income. The one that makes the most, paid a higher percent. I think that this new generation of TickTockers and Podcasters make it seem like that isn't true.
@@kickrockspleze I agree the point and depth of the conversation (at least in the clip) was about how despite being very successful she still struggles with a scarcity mindset. I think she intentionally mentioned her abnormal (considering google saying he out earns her) 50/50 setup with DWade and I wish she didn’t, but had she left that out I doubt this would be viral 🤷🏽♀️ 50/50 although tired is an easy topic to get people talking and keep them talking.
@@erikarichardson4267 You correct about the tired conversation. I think that once you are multi millionaires the 50/50 conversations are a little different because neither party is going to experience a strain. I also think a small part is about cleaning up previous comments about making more money in her previous relationship and cheating. People then accused her of mistreating D Wade and having him acting crazy what ever that means. So I feel like the 50/50 was her way of saying that I don’t pay all the bills.
Listen, when Angel talked about her work on shifting her faith from residing in lack to residing in abundance was everything. I'm doing the exact same work. My pastor and I had a great conversation about how the black church has failed to teach and shift the black community (those of us that go to church) from struggle faith to abundance faith. A lot of churches actually speak bad about ministers who are doing that for their church community. The podcast could have easily been about that topic alone.
Quick thought on Britney. The people advocating for her that were also mental health/ disability advocates knew what was going on. The point is that just because she has mental illness doesn't mean she should be removed from society and lose autonomy which conservatorships can do. Her dancing in videos being presented as some horrible action that would need to be controlled is rooted in ableism because ppl are uncomfortable with seeing others that are not uniform in behavior. If she's not harming herself or others then why backtrack on supporting her being free?
I feel sorry for Britney because people don't view her as a person . People also don't consider how being in the industry since being a child could contribute to her " odd " behavior . I'm not talking about the conspiracy stuff . What I mean is that she obviously has body image issues and probably dismorphia, so she never posts candid videos or images of herself and reacts negatively when she sees those images. Of course, she would try to avoid going out. She wants privacy but yearns for attention and validation as a performer even while retired because it's what she's accustomed too ( which is partially why she posts the dancing and modeling videos in my opinion) . She tries to keep things light hearted and uses her Instagram as a personal blog, when she's not discussing her trauma. Well, she has always been creative and created different characters and versions of herself in her music videos and creative endeavors. I mean she was one of the first people to have a reality TV show and has shown her home videos in the past .People just continually misinterpreting and vilifying her actions .
I agree with you, just because she has mental health issues does not mean she should be swept away and removed from society. But can we also admit that her behavior is odd? It is odd because of the society that we live in. When you’re an adult in a certain age group there are behavioral norms we’re expected to follow. Maybe some of the people blindly advocating for her freedom didn’t really take into consideration that she has a clear mental illness. Now that her actions online show that, people are uncomfortable(which doesn’t make it wrong because there are social norms, but it’s not right either). Caring for people with mental illness is hard and can be uncomfortable for some people to see. I wish Britney well but if you ask me she needs to be in a conservatorship, it just shouldn’t be handled by her direct family members though. I don’t trust her new husband I think he’s a user.
@@ROMUDEARjust because most of society expects it doesn’t mean it’s bad if you don’t. Our society expects a lot of things that aren’t good necessarily. She NEVER got to actually be a kid, it’s not crazy that she’s possibly being a bit more childlike and free. She’s had no say so over herself hardly ever. She deserves this
@AJ Roma You can have your beliefs about how people should act in society but if you think that someone who does not conform to your ideas should be stripped of her freedom and rights as a person then you should really reflect on yourself . There is no evidence that Britney is behaving financially irresponsible or her actions are hurting herself or others . She has freedom of speech and as long as she's not violating any internet or Instagram guidelines she can post whatever she wishes.
@@ROMUDEAR I think people being uncomfortable with her actions and then saying that means she needs a conservatorship is absolutely a bad thing. Ableism forces people to conform to social norms without acknowledging how it harms the person. People with autism have more occurrences of depression, anxiety and suicidality because of society's unwillingness to adapt to other people's needs. Mental ill people will always be mentally ill, it doesn't disappear with medicine or therapy. Sometimes it's manageable within social norms, sometimes it's not. Britney Spears being a public figure and having a lot of fans is an opportunity for people to start to acknowledge and dismantle their own ableist beliefs not continue push them.
I was laughing so hard at Twitter because a week or so ago, black women were loving Steve Harvey going in on young black men for having the audacity to ask a woman what she brings to the table when it is their 'responsibility' to take care of a woman and the kids. Now, those same black women are going in on Garbrielle for going 50/50 with a man who is worth about 4x as much as her. Geez, people should learn that what works for one household isn't the standard for everyone else's.
🤣🤣🤣 LAWDT when Angel get off her chair and dance it's ova...HOMMMMIEEEE I can't take it I literally laughed so loud and she always catches you off guard.
We stay in survival mode, which is a form of anxiety. Our brain is firing warning signals even though we're not lacking or in danger. That's real! People are always quick to jump negative on Union and Wade. I don't get it. Why have such strong, harsh feelings about people and situations that don't affect you and yours in the slightest? If she wanted to pay ALL the bills, that's her business. She didn't say "If yall don't split the bills in your household with your partner then you're a ball-headed heifer who will never see the face of Jesus." When she says THAT, then be mad. Geesh!
As someone who is an avid Britney Spears fan, I know the joke that you guys were doing, but it got me in my feelings because if you really like look into it of how much it hurt her to be in that conservatorship 😢 all she’s doing is dancing and living her life. the issue is that they’re still trying to bring her down whatever she does. They try to blow it up her life still today. Free Britney
Saying you want Britney free without knowing the circumstances that made a conservatorship necessary is irresponsible. Do you know how hard and time consuming getting a conservatorship is? Do you know how many psych tests are involved and how many specialists are involved? Wanting Britney to be happy is amazing, we all want that but we can all tell something is “off” with her. The truth shouldn’t hurt you. Maybe it shouldn’t be anyone in her family but Britney needs care and I don’t trust that husband of hers.
We have to remember that while her father may have been taking advantage. It doesn't negate that Britney was Amanda Bynes, Lindsay Lohan and Demi Lovato before them. And to make it worst she was out here marrying random ass dudes.
True but with Jamie Foxx the family is being weird. He hasn't been home and healthy this whole time, he's still at a rehab center for stroke survivors. So maybe he did just play pickleball but he's also not fully recovered and there's no need to bash his fans for worrying about him.
@@joanna0988They didn't bash fans though they bashed the bloggers for purposely putting out the wrong information. The bloggers worked overtime to create a narrative the minute his daughter posted that he was in the hospital they didn't even give them a chance to post an update they just kept running with what they believed it was and making the prognosis worse and worse
@@tgirl1762 That's because the family and Jamie said nothing for 4 weeks. If he's out of the hospital and recovering then tell the fans that. Otherwise don't tell people he's unwell at all.
Black women always had to work and help with the bills. That "we women used to stay home", didn't apply to us. We was working side my side on the plantation fields and in the factories, etc.
If incomes are dual, accounts are separate and expenses are shared, then fairness dictates that each person should contribute 30% of their income towards the household expenses. If one person's income far exceeds the other person's, then their 30% means a higher dollar amount, but that's what's *fair.* It's always interesting to me when folks act like the only two options are 50/50 split, or one person pays 100% of everything. I find that a little weird
Right. Like they are joking but let’s be real . Her saying that they go 50/50 with the net worth being that different…..automatically triggers that line of thinking….that trickles down to folks who may have 1400 per month and the partner who is making 850 and them splitting the bill 50% of the total being paid by each person. And since no millions are involved…..math is matching.
That's a big part of how you get an equal mate. Essie and Corine would not let me step out of the house when I turned 18 if I couldn't cook, clean, or wash dishes on my own. Before I had a wife, they made sure I could take care of myself first. There wasn't any fast food eating. I'm strapped for cash.
i get how preposterous some of the commentary is regarding Dwade and Gab. At the same time...when celebrities like them use publicity to grow their fame and fortune, they can't get upset when the VERY SAME PUBLIC that they're trying to monetize, has an opinion about the things that they willingly make public. The end.
I agree. The takes people are having are dumb and more of a reflection of their own issues, but I also think people need to keep their business to themselves if they don't want all the foolishness that comes with it. Do what works for you and enjoy your millions
The NBA has morality clauses in their contacts. So anything you do that seems to be against those morals and shows you as a bad influence for kids and young adults violates those clauses which is why the suspensions come in. The nba is it's own entity so they punish their employees as they see fit.
If I were in Gabrielle Union’s position, I would not split the bills 50/50 but if it works for her, it works! We’re talking about a man that grosses $200M. I wonder if Angel supports it bc she’s the primary bread winner. I can understand how that gives you a different perspective. One that I respect, but $200Ms??! - I’ll happy pay for things, but I wouldn’t even spend the time figuring out how much 50% is.
They probably don’t look at how much 50/50 but more like you pay the staff I’ll pay the bills & if I remember correctly angle just came the breadwinner that’s why She retired Marcus but he owns his own business
For me, its simply economics. I would love to just stay at the house and do my cooking and cleaning and gardening, while my man went out and worked. For me, I feel like that is the natural way. But, the man I have fallen in love witch's earning capacity as it stands is capped. He can barely provide for himself, let alone the both of us. And I am a boogee woman. I want take out at least twice a week, and if I don't feel like deep cleaning my house this month, I wanna be able to hire someone. So for my needs, I need to work. And that's just the truth of it.
Angel was preaching preaching on this one! I’ve had this epiphany for months now. The church drilled into blk folks that if we weren’t struggling, we weren’t saved for real. It actually teaches that rich folks can’t be saved and you have to be careful that when you get “blessed” you don’t forget God. So we always have to, for lack of a better term, dumb down our lives so that we can remain humble so we won’t forget God. That’s not faith. That’s servitude. We need to overhaul the way we think when it comes to faith cause we were taught from ppl who never thought we would have the things we have today. They were teaching from a place of lack. The problem is that the whyte church adapted its teachings but the blk church never did. You can be in the most bougie blk church and they still preach an oppressive gospel. You can be in a regular whyte church and they talking about the beatitudes lol 😅.
I know you guys are joking, but that narrative that Britney should get back in a conservatorship gets on my last nerve. Her worst crime is to make cringing dancing videos on Instagram. Meanwhile Kanye is being a menace to society and no one is calling for him to be put under control. People are so quick to want to control women. Even if she's dealing with mental issues, everyone who does isn't automatically medicated and locked under someone else's supervision (and, often times, abuse). Just because she doesn't conform to society's standards of what is 'normal behaviour' doesnt mean she should be punished. Because what comes next? People with mental illness, then neurodivergent people, then any black person raising their voices? Just remember, the goal post will always move and eventually you'll lose your freedom too. She's been controlled, exploited and pumped full of drugs since she was young. If all she wants to do is dance qnd be in love, let her be. Lets worry about the men running around shooting, stabbing and SA-ing people before we concern ourselves with women awkwardly dancing please
For the Liver King segment there was a show called Fit to Fat to Fit where trainers gained weight on purpose and had to train clients to get into shape doing the workouts and eating the food like they did when they were in shape.
Kev comparing himself to Gabrielle Union is different. I think people look at Gabrielle (a millionaire) as a married woman (to a millionaire) who worries about money. It sounds ridiculous because you are in a two million dollar income household so where is this anxiety about money coming from? she mentioned having a scarcity mindset which a lot of us have. I just think people didn't really empathize with her because of her who her husband is.
My parents were terrible with money despite my dad earning a very good salary. They were the keeping up with the Jones types. Because of that we were constantly having financial issues growing up. Despite being very financially stable, both my husband and I make good money and are not wasteful it's still an anxiety I carry with me. Childhood trauma sticks with you even if it's not rational
Ppl don't empathize with her also because she is a mean girl, if someone else said this no one would care. Also being a millionaire doesn't mean you are set for life, these people are millionaires on paper but with money comes bigger bills. Rich people have to keep working because they have to keep paying thousands in taxes & in other things they can't comfortably afford.
For those who don’t understand the problem with what Ja Morant did, 1 Corinthians 10:23 my help - “You say, ‘I am allowed to do anything’-but not everything is good for you. You say, ‘I am allowed to do anything’-but not everything is beneficial.” Just because something isn’t illegal, doing it is not going to benefit you, it’s simple. He made a mistake….again. Many of us are guilty of making the same error twice, including me. So no judgement there, just saying.
This podcast was amazing, but the Fast & Furious bit was gold! I love those movies (no matter how ridiculous they are). Action movies don’t have to be realistic to make money and I’m ok with that 😂
I refuse to believe that Gabriel Union was not aware that her making a comment about splitting bills with her husband 50/50 was not going to be a trending topic . I think she said that so she could be talked about - because clout is currency . Being talked about to some is better than not .
Lissen, when women make dollar for dollar the same money for the same work that a man does, and we no longer have a female tax in the form of not being able to tax deduct feminine care products - in other words parity, THEN let's talk 50/50. Until then, to him much is given much is required. Men generally should pay more.
That was one of the TOP 10 jewels I've ever heard GODDAMN ! Where does my faith reside in a world of abundance 💎 Yo I need that on a shirt or something damn that was a bar like wtf yoooo
Agree with @just_dev...no need to coddle this dude. You have a 194 million contract and the NBA conduct policy is clear. Some times for these guys to learn they have to be hit hard in the pockets to realize the conduct policy is real lol, and you have to abide by it. SMH
I disagree with you all’s view on the Gabby situation. It fully disregards the fact that most Black women end up losing financially in a marriage to a Black man, often receiving no alimony or worse, paying alimony, more than any other race of woman. A good amount of Black men love to boast how Black women are after their riches but say nothing when a white woman with them is doing just that. I think the people that criticize Gabby and Dwayne Wade are calling for accountability from Black man. No WAY should she be paying half when he makes significantly more (in the MILLIONS). Other race of women don’t do this. Yes, I am comparing us to other race of women because we are the lowest paid and supported. If the Black woman was more supported and protect, BOTH Black women and men would benefit. Angel’s views sound a little “pick me” ish agreeing with the men on this. We gotta wake up.
NBA is a franchise, period. They don't ask their members to stop smoking THC (players put their foot down) anymore, but they will ALWAYS ask them to uphold a certain image (which makes sense).
It don't matter how "legal" the act is, if your employer says don't do it, then guess what, DON'T DO IT! Otherwise there will be consequences, and much harsher consequences if this is your second offense, period.
Dwayne & Gabrielle do not have traditional roles and dwayne is not expecting her to do traditional things. You did not hear her say work cook and clean. Going 50/50 is what's needed for their finances and relationships. Leave them people alone
Kevin please tell the black manosphere that just providing & protecting ain’t the only thing that WE as black women need from you as black men.
Also...the "it's not illegal" thought process is what's wrong with us now. We have this problem where we think that anything that isn't illegal is okay to do.
Right! They forget about Ethical, Integral, and plane ole Right!
Legality vs ethics
It is okay to do, if it wasn't okay it would be illegal. It is socially acceptable to be moral and have integrity and ethics but it's unnecessary.

@@ROMUDEAR She does have issues for sure but many celebrities do and as adults they're given the freedom to screw up their life if they want.
@@joanna0988 Who's talking about money here? You could be a billionaire and still require mental health support.
We not finna speed past Hobby Lobby like that, lolx. What is it doing in the same converaation as Starbucks and Sephora?😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

oh you’ve clearly never watched tahir on DIYS😫😭
“Using my faith to create things”…. ANGEL YOU BETTER PREACH TO ME PERSONALLY ON TODAY!
Lol. Kev not getting that Angel was pivoting into a Talk Space ad had me rollin! Shoutout to Josh!
And then she had to just tell him to go into the Noom ad because he wasn't catching nothing she and Josh was throwing at him! Lol 😆 "Kevin just go into the ad" LOL! 😂
Yes that was funny
6:57 she probably pays for her side of the family; her parents etc. Being an actress isn’t constant income. She’s essentially a freelancer/ contractor. The pandemic taught us that none of our jobs are promised.
This is exactly what I got from listening to her clip.
Angel: Even if I'm paying all the things, his money is mine, and I'm gonna go get it 🤣
My same philosophy because I need things 😂😂😂
IKR, the folks criticizing Gabby and Dwayne must not understand the basic fact of a marriage being: 'What's mine is yours and what's yours is mine." They also must think of money as a thing that only pays the bills.
Listen!! 😂😂 Angel and I are kindred spirits. All the money is my money.
The problem with her statement is that black women get called masculine but but still required to go 50/50.
Yes. It’s not just what she does but then the media clipped that out and put that out as all she said and the way black women are set up in our community…..
i dont think she is required i think she wants to out of fear which is sad
There's nothing masculine about going 50/50. One paycheck isn't cutting it in this economy.
I feel whatever work for the people involved. Drink yall water and mind yall business.
💯
I saw someone say he's the real life Papa Doc 😅
Who gone yoke him? He got a gun🤣😂💀

Exactly. That went over alot of folk's heads.
Such an important callout. And I really hope she’s not feeling pressured by him in any way because many women are.
Joshy Gonz is funny as hell lol... love this trio
Clearly! I have spent my marriage worrying about MY marriage, not these folks who I don't know in situations I won't know.
Kev outchea messing up Angel’s transitions…just HUSH!!!!😂😂😂
This dude says he's old at 40. I remember 40. That was a great time in my life and that was 12 years ago. I'm not old yet. 😊
We, New Orleanians, do things last minute. We pulling up, Kev!

Geesh!
That happens with folks who are not celebrities but are regular degular people

As someone who is an avid Britney Spears fan, I know the joke that you guys were doing, but it got me in my feelings because if you really like look into it of how much it hurt her to be in that conservatorship 😢 all she’s doing is dancing and living her life. the issue is that they’re still trying to bring her down whatever she does. They try to blow it up her life still today. Free Britney
Same. The Britney stuff is really dark. I really pray for that girl c/ she's still not "free".
@@ROMUDEAR Her father got it done and he benefits from her wealth so that's why it's problematic.
The vultures who were there when she was on the "inside" are still there on the outside.
We have to remember that while her father may have been taking advantage. It doesn't negate that Britney was Amanda Bynes, Lindsay Lohan and Demi Lovato before them. And to make it worst she was out here marrying random ass dudes.
Kev doing the Noom ad is my favorite part of this show. its always a struggle🤣
The appetite for salacious information over truth has reached a ridiculous level these days. I like good tea too but not at the expense of the truth.
The look on Angel’s face with that bottle in her mouth when Kevin was missing the ad IS HILARIOUS. That’s how I look at people at work too. 😂😂😂
Shout-out to the therapists reminding us to know faith is fort times of lack AND abundance. God is still present in us and with us.

Every time I hear them talk about what they got going on separately I get worried that this show is coming to an end 😭💯😂
Agreed, if their net worth was the same it would make sense. Otherwise, not going 50/50.
And another thing, Ian going 50/50 with no man after he had a whole baby on me KNOWING I can’t conceive naturally

My hope is that 1 day business will be minded
Loved this episode 🙌 Angel dropped BOMBS
Lets worry about the men running around shooting, stabbing and SA-ing people before we concern ourselves with women awkwardly dancing please
yea them discussing brit and mocking her has pissed some of us off. im sick of it

sn:thanks Angel for speaking on faith and creativity
Naw my faith is in the one who owns it all. Not in my abilities.
Also, people’s “net worth” has nothing to do with the amount of cash they have on hand.
I assume the other household is her family. I.E. cousins, parents, siblings, etc
And staff.

Angel is trying to make excuses for Ja Morant when he needs to be held accountable.

I refuse to believe that Gabriel Union was not aware that her making a comment about splitting bills with her husband 50/50 was not going to be a trending topic . I think she said that so she could be talked about - because clout is currency . Being talked about to some is better than not .

Most people go 50/50 on the household expenses whether they tell you or not.
Lissen, when women make dollar for dollar the same money for the same work that a man does, and we no longer have a female tax in the form of not being able to tax deduct feminine care products - in other words parity, THEN let's talk 50/50. Until then, to him much is given much is required. Men generally should pay more.

Yo I need that on a shirt or something damn that was a bar like wtf yoooo
Agree with @just_dev...no need to coddle this dude. You have a 194 million contract and the NBA conduct policy is clear. Some times for these guys to learn they have to be hit hard in the pockets to realize the conduct policy is real lol, and you have to abide by it. SMH
Ppl are silly. Gabbi didn't even say anything about taking care of an out of wedlock baby. Smh I sure hate that we make up what WE want to hear.
OMG ANGEL!!!!!! I am dying lmbo
That Nahco Libre reference @48:42 😂😂😂😂😂
Going on 22 years married. Had joint accounts from day 1. You can't build trust if you keeping everything separate.
Married 30 years… each marriage is set up differently..one way doesn’t equal success
Its different when you get together with nothing vs your own empires and pasts
NBA is a franchise, period. They don't ask their members to stop smoking THC (players put their foot down) anymore, but they will ALWAYS ask them to uphold a certain image (which makes sense).
Brrruuuuh! Angel ain’t gotta be that damn funny!!! I’m dead! 😂😂
