Freeza really rolled up like "Are you the one that jumped me on namek? Its payback time" I always went with that freeza in the event is a different one from a different timeline one that wasn't sucked in this one by some weird time wormhole mumbojumbo and came here of his own free will
When an enemy is using an ult, Hold your attack button to break the enemies guard. If you flick the stick forward with a heavy or a light you'll do a stamina break leaving the enemy vulnerable to ults or combos. Combos are fond via a mix of light and heavy attacks so square and triangle
here is a quick edit on your comment. a stamina ult break is only done by holding specifically the heavy button. Xbox control are triangle for heavy, triangle for PlayStation and then the X button for Nintendo switch
Honestly, this fight but is probably the hardest fight in xenoverse 2, but I think the hardest fight in any dragon ball game (that I've played) either goes to gero vs piccolo from kakarot, or xenoverse 1 where you fight from 1st form frieza to goku throwing the spirit bomb.
I remember playing this for the first time as a freeza race. It took me five attempts to get past cooler and freeza. It’s nothing to me now, but still.

To be fair, I perfectly did the final freeza fight in my first try too, it wasn’t until my friends started the game like 2 years later did I find that it is apparently a really difficult mission, although I find only difficult if you rely on ultimates too much, which would lead to cooler either breaking your stamina and chain comboing you or breaking your stamina and launching a super nova at you. I was surprised when they told me they had to do it so many times, I even redid it for the first time in years and did it just fine. I would say the most difficult thing in the game is either the final Mira fight or doing Zamasu’s combo for his mission, the one with the orb. It’s the only instructor mission I have yet to do, besides bojack, but that’s because I am still trying to get the stuff to unlock him.
Honestly I was a bit confused why his chat kept hyping up the Frieza fight so much because I didn’t remember it being really difficult or anything like that. But I figured maybe I’m just having a hard time remembering since it’s around 3 or 4 years since I played this game. (Tbh when trying to think back on opponents I remember being difficult and was struggling to beat, all that comes to mind is a fight against Kid Buu… I’m unsure if it was the Kid Buu fight from story mode though or if it was a fight against him in some of the side content. Lol I just remember fighting Kid Buu numerous times and hating every minute of it. Lol)
One thing I find funny is that I can beat the Frieza and Cooler fight first time with every race except Saiyans, for whatever reason I takes my a dozen+ tries to beat it

If your ever getting hit and there’s a teammate locked on to the same enemy as you you can de lock from them and your teammate will start attacking them and get them of you

also jack. the frieza you fought a uncanon frieza at then end of this video. that frieza is always level 50 and is the frieza from the invaision event that was going on at the time. the way to participate in the event was to fly to one of the blue names in the sky and you flew into frieza by mistake

Go talk to Vegeta a few times at the capsule corp area, then you can unlock super Saiyan, or kaioken from the parallel quests
