It's either must be + nous or adjective or else; must be + Verb 4. And other form can be passive .
For example: He must be rich. (Sense : pakka hoga(for surety pakka is implied )
He must be honest. (Sense : Hona chaiye)
Another example for the second form;
He must be working in a mall. ( Sense :Kar Raha hoga)
You could also use must be as a passive form.
For example : The lesson must be read.
( Sense: padaya gaya hoga )
Another : The lesson must be read.
(Sense : Padana Chaiye )
