I've said it before and I will say it again. This guy puts so much love into his videos... not just a boring..sit it on the desk and zoom in video..but a great amount of time and effort must go into this. Worth a sub?.. hell yeah :) I'd love to get both of these now!!!!. I'm so jealous. Thanks again.
Weta screwed up on this King Elessar. They put his ring on his right hand he wore it on his left hand except for the scene where Aragorn was checking Merry and Pippin's tracks. Viggo must have been having an off day. Plus they put the sword on the wrong side Viggo is right handed and you always hang your sword on the opposite side. The older Sideshow Weta King Elessar had it right. Arwen is beautiful.
Watch the film again! The classic series and mini epic Aragorn have the sword and ring on accurate side as per the coronation scene. The old Sideshow Elessar had incorrect. There are even promotional pictures available with Viggo wearing the elessar costume.
@@GollumWilliams okay I'll give you the coronation scene not one of my favorite parts of the movies, they did switched them for some reason. Maybe because Arwen was on his left side and they didn't want her tripping over his sword. But through most of the movies the ring and sword are on the left. Try to draw a long sword from the right side with your right hand, can't be done unless you have chimp arms. I know because I have and use over 50 swords in my collection. I also own 7 Aragorn statues and all have ring and sword on the left including Weta's Hunter of the Plains and Sideshow's Aragorn as Strider. It's not a matter of watching the movie because I can't even counted how many times I've watched both the theater then extended editions. I watch them easily three or four times a month.
@ well i love every part of every scene. Coronation scene is also very well done imo. Aesthetically their costumes are very cool to look at. I have the noble collection crown just cause of the scene. I don’t think the sword or ring is even noticeable at all unless you start to look for it for reasons like comparing it to your statue
