    What's helped is that mindfulness book "30 Days to Reduce Depression" by Harper Daniels. Mindfulness works.

    can u have seasonal depression in the spring?

      I have something similliar. I feel worse more sad i feel that life is meaningless and i "feel bad" for everyone for no reason. This started last spring and i thought i had depression but once spring ended i immediately got better and enjoyed my life normally and it started again this year. But this year i know its seasonal so im better
