Thanks, was wondering, this should be made cleat to encourage builders who don't have much money. I haven't bought a plan partially because I saw that most people on the vids mention the very high costs. I have experienced the old designs by Glen himself and thought perhaps the company had evolved away from his inexpensive ideas.
