Mark 4:37-40
37 And there arose a great storm of wind, and the waves beat into the ship, so that it was now full.
38 And he was in the hinder part of the ship, asleep on a pillow: and they awake him, and say unto him, Master, carest thou not that we perish?
39 And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.
40 And he said unto them, Why are ye so fearful? how is it that ye have no faith?

Jesus says to them "Why are you so fearful? How is it that you have no faith? because HE is right there with them as GOD. We shouldn't be fearful because God is with us!
He's asking his disciples that: what reason do they have to be afraid if he told them that God said in the book of Zechariah that they will pass safely through the seas of distress. Zechariah 10:11. seas of trouble means to take arms against yourselves to fight off verbal assaults while sailing through the waters of the Jordan trying to reach to the end of the shores, arguing with the sons of tumult in the middle of a controversy, going against these ungodly torrents views who is contrary to God and Moses and Joshua whom these tumults will not allow Jesus disciples to stand firm on their feet before they all reach to shore.
I am not a Mormon but I believe in Jesus Christ Christ is Authority on Earth is given by God for by he is the begotten son of God and must suffer the sorrows to pave the way for man to reach God blessed until he who receives his Blessing

Sometimes our troubled hearts and minds weaken us but trusting God's love keep us regain our spiritual connection to Him through our strong Faith.
One of my fondest experiences with the Savior was when they were filming this scene. I was invited as a guest of the camera crew. As my wife and I sat there waiting for the sun to set so they could begin filming, we were sitting with others in a long line of on lookers on lawn chairs. My wife and I were socializing with a neighbor, when i noticed someone at my side. I looked up and it was the actor who was portraying Jesus Christ. He was walking down the line, in character, shaking hands and offering his thanks to all who were there. It was the most spiritual experience to have the Savior welcome me, to shake my hand, and to thank me for taking the time to be there. I sat in astonishment and amazement. It changed my life. That feeling has never left me, and I am sure our meeting with the actual Son of God one day will be even more humbling, and gratifying. I thank God for that experience.
This is really cool. I am sure he was prompted to get up and walk and shake all y'alls hands. And as he did so, The Savior was in him as this actor became his physical tool and all of you were able to feel his presence through this guy hearing and heeding to this prompting. Just as we are all asked to walk as if we are Him so others around us can feel his love and presence when we need Him. 💚💚💚 Thank you for sharing that.

Why is it that we have no faith? Many times when our faith is tested we forget faith in The Lord. We all must put our faith and trust in The Lord, so that when we are at judgement, The Lord will not say "I knew thee not".
In the translation that Joseph Smith did of the Bible, to try to correct a few mis-translations over the years, it says that Jesus says, “Ye knew me not.” He knows us, and would never turn us away....that is my understanding, but we are the ones who stray from him. It is true that sometimes he tries our faith, and I believe he is trying to refine us. There are times when the heaven seemed closed in my life, but I remember that this last time, I had erred in spirit, and wanted to beat myself up...but I think that Jesus was trying to tell me how I could avoid that self-punishment. That is my guess.

What if you see contradictions in the bible then there is doubts.
Faith is like an electic current.If it flows and the cycle breaks the power wont flow.No matter what...we should be like babies.When u tell a bby im going to buy you this today they believe.Even if you say it 100 times without them receiving they never fail to believe you.Thats why Christ says we must be like children.We should never give up on God.We are to believe Him everyday as if its the first promise wr ever had from Him.
We're humans, so we will have doubts from time to time. God understands that, and forgives us for it, and remains faithful to us anyways. Like it says in Timothy, "When we are unfaithful, He remains faithful."

If you look closely how the saviour sleeps calm through the storm because of his Solid Faith that nothing would happen to his fellow men..I know I takes alot of exercise to have that such of steadfastness of faith and because he is the christ and he been through it all..Lesson learned

I also see it as a symbolic moment ; that God is always with us trough our difficult times, but sometimes He's silent to see how we would react when faced with such difficulties. When we call His name, He surely will calm our storm.

You don't have to have a lot of faith, just faith the size of a mustard seed, God will grow your faith.

"why are ye so fearful?" How is it that ye have no faith? I felt God speaking directly to my heart when i heard those words. I've been struggling with a lot of fear lately. Fear that would go away if i put my trust in God and stopped overthinking and worrying about things I can't control. What is unknown to me is never unknown to God. God is in control and we can always trust Him❤️
