back row defense is probably my favourite thing in volleyball, idk how to explain it but i js love it so much LOL. maybe it's like the rush? like the hard hitters and servers, and going on my knees or diving it's js so unexplainable to me. my school team doesn't have a libero but if we did i would definitely try out for it.
Digging and blocking are just the absolute BEST at volleyball and no one can tell me otherwise, especially with digging, just the ball coming towards you at such a high speed and you are able to get it up somehow, it just feels amazing

best thing to learn would be to look up the overlap rules, have a picture of the team's rotations, then look at their setup and you can see whats going on better. I know all the overlap rules and stuff very well, I have to help ym coach with it a ton and I know it is definitely a very good thing to learn!
