EU player here. The game is "perfectly" playable if you ignore the fact that there are many trolls and noobs. I play only 3v3s and the queue time is never longer than 5minutes, even in the late night hours. I usually play with my friend and we find a match in about 2 minutes, it sometimes takes a few tries till everybody locks heroes and the game actually starts but honestly it takes like 10 minutes tops
