Correct. The word "visa" is apparently only found in the nordic languages, but it refers to a simple song (or poem meant to be sung). It is similar to the french chanson or "singer/songwriter"-music. Snigel means snail as you guessed, so "Snigelns visa" means "song of the snail" or "the snails song".
