C4 had one of the lowest entrant numbers I've ever seen from an open bracket major, only 140 entrants. Do you think players who aren't top 50 should be worth even less points?
@@themetalmastah666 eh I mean he’s been smoked by way harder matchups and never pulled it out like when he played shadic or sonix. He beat masa game 1 and barely lost game 2 so I don’t see it as him thinking it’s a matchup issue for Luigi and more seeing it as waaaaay easier to just get done with Kazuya. Most Falco’s think the matchup is even and Luigi’s think even/slightly winning.
Take this into acount. Cirque had less than half of the entrants, and also, even tho Cirque had 6 out of the top 10 and Sumabato only had acola, Sumabato probably had like 40 other players from the whole top 150 and other hidden bosses that are not ranked.

Exactly he has proven he is able to play Kazuya and Aegis as a counterpick at the high level, some of the least carried characters in the game

It was only 1 tier higher, and the reason is most likely entrant count. Personally I would've put them both at A+ tier, but I don't make the rules.
