I thought the minimum passing score for the Texas Real Estate Sales Agent Exam is 70% not 75%, has that changed recently as from the last 2 months from today? December 17, 2024.
Thanks for catching that, @ozkarc85! You’re absolutely correct-the minimum passing score for the Texas Real Estate Sales Agent Exam is 70%, and this hasn’t changed in the last two months. We’re currently working on an updated version of our materials, which will not only ensure everything is accurate but also include a better variety of questions with a broader range of difficulty to help you prepare even more effectively. Thanks again for your comment, and best of luck with your exam preparation! Let us know if you have any other questions.
When you get your exam results after the test it doesn't seam to give a percentage but rather tells you how many questions you need to get correct. I am taking the exam at Pearsonvue. Also, it's a bit weird cause it seems like some questions do not count. For example, the state exam has 45 questions total, but once I received the results it says how many questions were asked per chapter & after adding them up there is 30 questions total & out of those 30 you need to get 21 correct to pass. Same things for the national. Good luck!
