الشيخ: ليس في هذا تقابض، لأنه تأخر القبض، ومثل هذا إذا كان يحتاج إلى عملة البلد الذي سافر إليه نقول: اشترِ العملة عملة البلد الذي سافرت إليه في بلدك ثم سلمها للبنك وقل لهم: حولوها على البلد الفلاني، وبهذا تكون العلمية سليمة، أما أن تتفق معه على أنه يبدل العملة السعودية بعملة البلد الذي تسافر إليه ويتأخر القبض فهذا ربا نسيئة لا يجوز. نعم.
