Just happy I could contribute toward all the efforts.
Day after posting this ... Memories are rather short these days so remember this: Almost 10 years ago Edmund Grenier was the owner of two cemeteries. This being one of them. Thousands of dollars were stolen from Clearfielders by this man. Two in my family lost several thousand each. That money will never be repaid.
The cemetery was started in 1938 and as far as I know that was the worse incident. That is if you do not count the most recent years when the grass etc. was a foot or more high because maintenance was not done as it should have been. Many people from Clearfield volunteered at that time and it could be still volunteer with the mowing etc.
History repeats itself given enough time!!!
