I tried to shield my kids because I too was self-suff from age 3-4 years when my mother became I'll and died. My father had an adverse effect Himself trying to care for a baby and a 4 year old. I "never had a childhood," I just suddenly became an adult (inside). My father had so so much going on, trying work drive Miles between where we landed (after losing our home), work, visiting my mom before she passed, a very young man trying to hold it all together, so I just became a small adult inside. Never played, did other age appropriate things, no budget, no time for any kind of therapy for my dad or myself, sadly this followed my coming up, in relationships, poor choices, adult domestic violence, (I am NOT a victim, but a Victor) over this, but many years later still endure whole body nerve damage), and other issues from that time. Trust has dissolved into almost nothing, and so I tried to shield my kids from adult burdens and now they are suffering from the weight of my choices and theirs. It's a cycle, tho' often manifested in diff ways, stemming from life happening even when my dad did his very best in what was thrown in his lap. Point is, I shielded my kids and did them no favors....there is always so much more to a story than can be shared here, if I cld hav the wisdom then that I have now, I TRULY wld do it diff!!!

Be Truthful. Name your pain, your all, and have authority over it. As Jesus prayed to the Father, “sanctify them by Your truth. Your Word is truth.” I pray for a safe place for all of us to take our life back. Thank you everyone.♥️
You can get delivered from the spirit of bitterness and resentment
Parents not being authentic. Huge problem. Not being honest is teaching them to lie. Dr Stoop was always amazing with his wisdom. So sad that he has passed.
