RNLI Ilfracombe Crew & Craft Testing, Recovery of Lifeboats - Ready for Saving Lives at Sea - CCRV

Hi Everyone,
We stayed in Ilfracombe for a couple of days, and as you may have seen in another video, we dropped off a donation to the RNLI. That same afternoon we got to watch some of the Ilfracombe crew retrieving their Shannon-class and D Class lifeboats as part of craft inspection and crew training.
Really interesting to watch, and having visited the boathouse and read some of the history we thought we'd put something together out of clips we recorded for ourselves. Hope you like it.
This video will be enjoyable for anyone who loves Ilfracombe, the TV show Saving Lives at Sea, mechanical engineering, and hopefully worth a look by anyone that appreciates and respects the work the RNLI and volunteers do to help keep us all safe.
