Great video.
Will the vPC peer device appear as a single device to the up stream switches as well? (e.g L3 switch )
Nope. vPC will only act as 1 device for layer 2 devices. That's why you will have to use FHRP e.g hsrp or vrrp to make them look like one for l2 broadcast domain. L3 devices will see both peer individually.
@@TwT101 thank you.
can I use the ports eth1/1 and 1/2 as keep-alive link as well?
Thank you
Glad you liked it and Thank you!
How much RAM is needed for PC when we are using three nexus Devices ?
I have 2 servers. One has 78gb and the other one (the new one) has 128gb. You can run nexus with 4 GB
@@TwT101 I have 16 GB RAM in my lap , allocated 13 GB for EVE-NG.
When I am using two nexus 9k boxes, it is not working properly.Allocated 8gb each for nexus. It goes loader mode and when running boot , it again goes loader mode. Can that be issue with RAM?
@@nithinkrishnantb6917 that is not because of ram. You need a boot statement to load from the boot file. Let me know if you need specifics.
@@TwT101 yes..How can I do that?
@@nithinkrishnantb6917 boot nxos bootflash:
please share me access-sw config
I don't have them but I can craft one for you if you still need them
