Hi friends
In this recipe I will show you how to make empty tary shell..Short crust pastry is also known as sweet paste.

Recipe
Ingredients
150gm butter
60gm caster sugar
250gm flour
30gm milk
Method
1-beat butter & sugar in bowl , till all the sugar melts in butter.
2-start adding egg in a small quantity, & beat them.
3- repeat the process till all the egg finish & you get a light & fluppy mixture.
4- fold the mixture in flour.
5- mix together until mix comes to a ball.
6- cling wrap & keep in fridge for minimum 30 mins
7- You can make empty tart shell using bling baking or can make differents types of tarts , pie , base for cheese cake etc..
