The Justin Trudeau Liberal government has taken a pro crime and low safety agenda, Jivani explains. A new government report - Canada’s Black Justice Strategy - will only worsen the policies brought in by the Liberals, Jivani adds.
They’re in jail because they broke the law, not because they’re black.
To that they'd say something unhinged like "the laws are racist"
I disagree! Try being black. Blacks are persecuted more than any other race by every race. I see whites break the law all the time and get let go. I was assaulted at work by a white male and the cops did nothing. You have no idea what you are talking about! I do not agree with the this stupid idea of the black movement because it does not help anything. It also does not help that racisist people like you exist.
All of theses stupid agendas are written mostly by white females who think they can sell their book or finish some sort of thesis. It is not about assisting blacks.
Please take check on your facts before pointing fingers at those who are black.
What we need to to have black males feel included in society instead of alienate them. We need to teach them to love themselves and become the men they can be.

Justice is supposed to be blind, not color blind. If you commit a crime no matter what your color of skin is you should be treated the same as anyone else who committed a similar crime.
That shouldn’t even need to be said, unbelievable that it does.
You're wrong justice isn't color blind it literally picks and chooses who to prosecute regardless of the crime. Ie: the bus driver who killed all those seniors in the bus crash. Bus driver was found to be at fault but will not be prosecuted due to his injuries.
Ie2: When the cannabis testing rolled out in Saskatchewan, CTV did an educational piece with Saskatoon police. They went to a cannabis store and performed a test on 2 white women employees. One said she smoked before bed the night before, the other said they smoked before her shift. Both failed the test. Both were not charged. Both were not asked if they drove to work that they. I call the police station to ask about it. They said that they reserve the right to prosecute or not. Then I was hung up on.

I read an article where a man came to Canada illegally, raped a 16 year old girl and was given a lighter sentence for Historical systemic racism” that he was never in the country to experience. Trudeau wants to divide our country any way he can.

Yeah....a black immigrant attacked a woman in a car park in Saskatoon....beat and stabbed her. then stole her car and left her bleeding on the pavement....he was charged with assault, not attempted murder...and sentenced to eight years.....which was on appeal reduced by three years because of...well...basically...Gladue factors.

I'm so happy to see someone be elected to public office that i agree with. I believe that anyone who wants to run for public office , they must be vetted to see how patriotic they really are and how much they will work for the betterment of all citizens. I'm tired of defining people by color.

When I approached, what I thought was a drunk driver (weaving in the lane, failing to signal lane changes) I approached the driver and lo and behold it was a person with a fill burka with mesh covering the eyes. I memorized the lic plate and make of the vehicle and went to the closest Calgary Police Station. I explained the situation(dangerous driving), to the three officers and when I mentioned the burka, all three said it was a “cultural thing” and will not investigate. So much for a blind justice in Canada! Don’t rely on the CPS for any service, because their first response is: “you have insurance, right”?

I have an idea; put the authors of this report and the politicians that agree with it, into the communities they claim to be helping. Make them live there for a year! I've said this in numerous other posts; until these people have to actually live their policies, they'll never understand them.

I find this very offensive in as much as it is being applied to a racial minority who comprise 4.3% of the total population. The justice system is supposed to treat everyone equally regardless of colour, race, or creed. This is just another wedge to divide the country which is what the Liberal/NDP government seem to want.
If the government refuses to deal with criminal behavior then just release all the criminals - and allow Canadians to deal with these individuals at the "community" level.

Special, more lenient rules for law breakers based on race is in fact the definition of racism.
In the context of the legal system the word 'justice' should never have nor need a modifying word in front of it. I suggest the authors of this report do a couple of week's worth of police ride alongs between 8:00pm and 4:00am in the GTA.
