Really Fiddleheads (Lengda) are sweet like asparagus, grassy and snappy like a great green bean, with a touch of broccoli stem. Lengda (Fiddleheads) are rich in potassium, iron, antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids, fiddleheads are fantastically healthy. 🙏 🙏 💐 💐
Very healthy vegetable. It's available in Japan also but its quite costly there.. Its found in river beds and in this month of August it is available in vegetable markets in hill areas , one must try it
