Absolutely right @James McLoughlin, her album is great, but live....she is AMAZING. Her colleages are pretty good too, and the sound in Glasgow was superb. I didn't try recording it, my'phone could not do it justice
@@jerrydonnan8665 Spot on Jerry. That gig was perfection, the harmonies were awesome, the music and the sound system was the same. And I Sierra never got a single note wrong, and the timing is ace. Saw her a few years back busking as the Rusty Picks, and was just blown away by THAT VOICE. Been to dozens of gigs at the concert hall in Glasgow, but that was my first visit to the new auditorium, and WHAT A STATER, unforgettable. I just hope that when Sierra becomes superstar material that she doesn't change her style and choice of music. Had a listen to the album on Spotify, and I much prefer her LIVE. I reckon the studio recordings are too polished, and it takes a lot of the sheer quality of that fabulous voice out of the picture. Hopefully the band and her will visit Glasgow again, but until then, I'll be keeping a close watch on TH-cam for this unique young lady. What a pleasure Sierra, thank you and your band for THAT perfect concert.
@@jerrydonnan8665 Had a great seat, 4 back from the stage. Seen dozens of gigs in the main auditorium, but loved the smaller venue. Great sound, atmosphere and band. Enjoyed the album, but the live sound is just different class.
@@jerrydonnan8665 Yes Jerry, and that was my first visit to the new auditorium after numerous gigs in the main hall, so I was well impressed with the venue as well. And as you say, her colleagues just added to a perfect show.
