Lovely vlog Emma, thank you for sharing. Loved the intro it was very creative. I'm sorry to hear about your migraine, but I am pleased that you are feeling better. Peri menopause symptoms are not good. I get the night sweats for about 2/3 days every month, so presume it's hormonal and have to sleep with the fan on, garys not impressed with that. I lost 3.5lbs last monday, and i weigh in again tomorrow. Well done on your maintain. It's been warm here, and I've got some lovely beach walks in. Your food looks lovely ❤

Love the beginning of this vlog !! I love Greys Anatomy! I’m now waiting for season 21 lol , can you get ‘private practice’ or Station 19 ? They are spin offs from Greys and are fab !!! Great vlog as always ❤plants look fab !! I love sweet & savoury!!! I was like that with migraines I think that could have been hormonal as I don’t get them now I was always sick and I had to lay in a dark room all day ! Sending ❤xxxxxx
