An uncleared level is basically a level that hasn't been cleared yet.
Although if you think about, the level HAD to have been cleared in order for it to be uploaded.

@@urfork1 Simple was right though, if you take the car then you can just one-shot boom boom by driving into him. The reason it didn't work that one time was because he landed on boom boom's head, which still counts as a normal hit, and then drove into boom boom while he was in his shell.

For example, SimpleFlips' entire playlist of "Walkies" challenge videos is totally incomprehensible because he never stopped to explain the rules about eating burgers. To this day we can only speculate based on the thumbnails.

That "car" level was something magical. Meowser felt like a real intimidating threat throughout it, something you couldn't just easily flee from, since you're in a car. His team attack with Boom-Boom where he went invisible while Meowser covered the screen was so clever, it would have fit in any script.
