    Ingredients:
    Spices For Making Meat Balls:
    Beef / mutton mince. 1 kg with 150 gms fat
    Fried brown onions. 1 medium or 1/2 cup
    Salt. 1 t.s
    Red chilli powder. 1 t.s
    Crushed roasted cumin. 1 t.s
    Coriander powder. 1 t.s
    Turmeric. 1/2 t.s
    Garam masala. 1/2 t.s
    Gram flour. 3 tablespoons
    Now mix all the ingredients in chopper if mixture looks soft add one tablespoon of gram flour then make koftas . Deep fry them on medium flame.
    For Gravy:
    Oil 3 -4 tablespoons
    Onions. 3 medium sliced
    Tomatoes. 2 medium chopped
    Fry them for 3-4 min, now grind them in a blender jar to make a gravy
    Next Process:
    In half cup oil add whole spices:
    Big cardamom. 2
    Mace rai (javitri). 2
    Cumin. 1 t.s
    Cardamom. 4-5
    Cinnamon stick. 3
    Star anise. 2
    Cloves. 5-6
    Qorma masala 1/2 t.s
    Ginger garlic paste. 1 tablespoon
    Beef stock 2 & 1/2 cup
    Fry whole spices and ginger garlic paste for 30 sec then add onion tomatoes gravy and fry for 3-4 minutes. Then lower the flame and add 1/2 cup curd, curd should not be sour . Then add meat balls . Then add beef stock 2 & 1/2 cup. Cook for 25-30 min until koftas are well cooked.
    Garnishing
    Garnish with garam masala 1/2 t.s , coriander fresh , sliced ginger
