i tried hooking up mine like you have yours in video minus little led module and my tag reads in but does not output any dialogue on the GUI interface ? the tag is a blue puck like tag and not the card rfid tag could this be the problem?
Dah cucuk rfid reader pada rpi 4, tapi reader tu tk bunyi or blink bila scan card. Data dari card pun seakan tak discan langsung oleh reader. Boleh bagi pencerahan untuk selesaikan mslh ni?

I guess Smart RFID 13.56 using different protocol. Thus, it is not compatible with this tutorial.

I assume this will work for 13.56 MHz NFC USB Reader and tags as well?

I just test with Raspberry Pi 4 and the latest Raspbian OS, it runs well. Could I know more details on your setup?
