Just to get an idea. We don't know what to do with the dining room since we want to turn it into dining/ lounge, and turn the lounge into an actual room.

Hi Chinyere. Happy for the transition from Ireland to the U.K. The house is quite lovely and unique. Do majority of the houses in the U.K have the sitting room and kitchen together? I love the house for its space and the 2 storey model.

I would put a dryer where the space for the dishwasher is. With a new baby you will be washing loads a day
😭😭the wash though but I love it🤗
You won’t need to put the heating on all day in winter to dry the clothes. I’ll take that over washing a few dishes by hand
