Dinesh bhai you are a good cook while you were cooking I could make out it will turn out the best, as you used raw mango tomatoes for sourness and lots of red chillli and green chilli for hot spices then you know how to cook when you added the jaggery for sweetness food tastes good when it contains all flavours.
