I dont think the double time last chorus is right. Hes playing a 12 bar blues type of thing. A G5 on the E and A strings, and he alternates between the D and E notes (5th and 7th frets on the A string). Then it shifts to a B5. If you keep it on the E and A strings then you alternate the F (9th fret) and F# (10th fret) on the A string. Finally same thing with an E5 where you alternate the C (2nd fret) and C# (3rd fret). With the chords/notes relative to standard.
