Very nice explanation!!!! One of best I've seen so far after having read Ulwick's books
Confused with Job Step #3 - “Add detergent”
I think this is bad because it describes “What somebody is doing”
If I was to follow his rules here and ask “What are they trying to accomplish”
I would say “Ensure clothes will be clean”
- This job step would also include the clean settings that need to be applied to the washing machine, as well as the right amount of detergent
