Excellent tutorial. I hope RSU will promote your channel more and display it in the training and faculty sections of MyRSU and a link in all your emails.. There are only 3 likes and 32 subscribers and there would be a lot more if it were displayed more prominently and redundantly.
Hi! I have one student who needs to write her final exam at a different time than the rest of the class and I cannot figure out how to do this. The exam is timed, set to start at a specific time on a specific date and is set for 180 minutes. I'm really hoping you know how to make an exception for one student to access that exam early. Thank you!
Great question. In Blackboard Ultra, if you navigate to the assignment submission page and find the student's name, there will be 3 dots to the far right of the page. By clicking this, you should see exceptions and exemptions. Exceptions will give you the option to give the student a custom due date, number of attempts, and window of availability (Release Conditions). I have a video about this here - th-cam.com/video/FafJmnSUX-0/w-d-xo.html
It's important to remember that modules are merely an organization tool; similar to a folder. Content and gradable items can exist inside or outside of a module. This won't have anything to do with classifying the items in a gradebook category.
Thanks!

Is there a way to put a date instead of grade or letter?
Does Ultra allow the display of both points and percentage, as Bb Learn does?

@@designtoeducate Thank you so much!
Does Ultra allow "equal" and "proportional" weighting within a Weighted Category?
Thanks for trying, but at 1:30 you have a module within your course setup. I don't. There is no module like that.

@@designtoeducate How would you characterize the functional differences between a Learning Module and a Content Folder?
