something that confused me about part 7 was that you refered to S12 as being fully and filmed at nitrogen, when the series was still filmed at sheperton
Series 12 was technically filmed at Shepperton Studios when the show would still be using live action engine models, albeit with CGI animated faces added in by Nitrogen Studios.
I heard about it too when they tried to do so in Hero of the Rails originally. I think they should've just sticked with the current CGI animation because at least they don't cost a lot of money to produce each character and episode.
For S12, it is exactly as said. Every episode cost more money and if Hero of the Rails were to be filmed with that same hybrid of CGI/model animation, it would cost even more for the production cost. I think mainly for TUGS, I think the entire crew would've spent a lot of pounds making the boat characters and sets. I know this may not sound a lot sense, but that's how I would've theorized.
Jonas Frenel Quite so, although chance are that the latest chapter would have been an hour long which would probably be too lengthy for a comprehensive documentary film that’s splits into chapters....
Luke goes Flying? I need to find that holy book...
I have Hugh Goes Sliding. I'm working on a remake of it.

I love it. :)

Which era was best
Shepperton era ( Mitton, Asquith)
Nitrogen Era (Miller)
Arc era (Brenner)
Jam Filled era (Brenner)
Of course you probably hate Miller Era
Shepperton and Arc

@@SmurfyDan1991 I heard HiT was originally gonna stick with this idea, but was later scrapped.
