This is accurate. I have four planets in the 3rd house including the Moon (+ Venus, Mars and Uranus). I've moved house a lot. It's actually difficult because I can't settle and feel like I'm constantly searching for a community. My mind never stops, always restless, thinking, talking...
I relate 100% as I have 3 including the moon in Capricorn, and I have moved so many times and on impulse and I can't stay in 1 place for too long. It is hard to find your place in the community, let alone find your own.
I have been non stop moving my whole life! Especially my adult life when I went overseas at 18 and moved non stop since then. I’m now in my late 30s and moving again to a temporary location... until I have to move AGAIN! I’m tired. Lol
My husband has his moon in the third house, we have moved every year or every two, for the past ten years, to different continents and cities for work. Very on point.

I have Moon and Ketu in Third house. I literally cannot watch American TV of any sort. Documentaries & scientific discoveries are worthy of my mind, Manny fields to explore and having axes to accomplished academics is a blessing of these times.

I have a stellium in Aquarius my 3rd house including Sun, Moon Mercury and Jupiter. Yes, I do need constant mental stimulation and I have a very good memory. I have a many degrees in different fields and I like to learn about everything! I hate moving, though I had to move quite a few times in my life. And my sibling has been a constant stress in my life 😅
