No one who chooses to drive a School Bus at this time would blatantly want to endanger a child's wellbeing. This wasn't done on purpose and no, that doesn't excuse what happened. However, I do agree with the district's action. She should be retrained and not let back on the streets until she has done so.
So basically a 4 year old on a big bus? Also the driver was supposed to make sure there was a parent to take the child since they were very young and unable to get home safely by themselves. Im a school bus driver in NY driving big buses. Usually the younger kids ride small or big buses with a matron onboard depending on the amount of children and whether there are children with disabilities.
To be retrained is not the issue her and they won't reveals details..is not cutting any mustard with me.. she needs to go..the next child she drops off at the wrong stop..may not be so fortunate!.. l agree with the mother. One of the first things l taught my pre school daughter at the time was full name and address!
Had to report a school bus yesterday that was speeding through my neighborhood after dropping off the kids.

They dropped mine off 4 miles from home. He was 8 years old.
It was 1996. I went off on that bus driver the next day.

Why would a bus driver release a four year old student at the wrong bus stop with no parents there I would be terrified and ferocious.

How about you be a parent and actually raise and be there for your kid instead of relying on terrible public schools to raise/teach them.
