My favorite piece of tech equipment that I use for my work is my microphone stand. I used an attachment so now I can mount my phone on it to record video, but it was a game changer when I first got it.
Please help with links to the ""camera"" and other stuff, I am so delighted to know about the GoPro, I am always running out of space on my phone. So since you have mounted it on the clamp, how do you transfer the videos for upload?? Please let me know! Thanks.
omg I was going to get a new tripod because I had something similar and it always got in the way, but I never knew you could wrap it around stuff like that !! thanks its a huge money saver
How do you screw that iPhone clamp to the microphone boom? Is there an adapter to go from the microphone thread to the camera tripod/clamp thread? Great video, thanks.
You are a seriously underrated TH-cam you deserve more likes Thnx for this video it helped me out a lot, i just started and uploaded my first video this was really helpful
I think my favorite piece of tech I use for work is my Nintendo Switch 😝 It’s great for passing time on set, it’s great for making friends because you can use it as multiplayer, and you can even pair it with someone else’s switch too
A great video, very informative, thank you for sharing! However, the music in the background was a bit distracting...I sometimes have trouble with background music and there is talking too. An audio-processing thing...
I have searched a lot of videos and have not been able to find an answer to this problem: when I'm working on fine detail, even with my glasses on, I get down very close to the work and there are large chunks of my time lapse of my head. Even repositioning the camera a bit doesn't make much difference. Have you had this problem and if so, how did you deal with it?
I edit in Adobe Premiere Pro but it might be a little overkill for some kinds of editing. Start with simpler programs like iMovie or even Adobe Rush if you don't want to overcomplicate it.
Fantastic video and links...very well done! I am looking to record my art videos & light my room. I have a train that comes by so that is my biggest hurdle in filming. Next time please turn down the music, it's distracting and lowers the quality of the video. Do you have a link to the CRI 90-95 bulbs you use and the mic stand with clamp? thank you :)
I must invest in getting all of that.... I'm filming with an ancient camera and/or my tablet, recording on my tablet and I only have one table light... oh well, until/if I ever afford an upgrade I guess I have to work with what I have, right? Thank you for an interesting video!!
@@naomivandoren yes, that's the plan, I guess, but the only bad thing is that my current setup kind of discourages me to film more videos, but yes, I should upload more for sure!!
Thank you! This is exactly what I was looking for 💕. I have also watched your beautiful art videos.
thanks for the homedepot led light suggestion.

How does your mic connect to work with computer?
Why is there a metal pole in the middle of your studio? ;)
HI thanks for the great video, a question pls: Do you have additional storage in that GoPro, or is it in built?
GoPros have an micro SD card in them so you can add as much storage as you need!
I film with a bottle and a cardboard on top of it
This is a good idea too
(Remember to use long bottle! )
Thanks! I was using my smartphone, but it's old and overheats when filming the whole process!
