The reason why Cho'gath is not played, it's because 1. his Q is unreliable since everyone has built-in mobility; 2. he himself has no mobility (thus why full AP is a glass cannon because his abilities are very close range). That's why most players go full tank/RoA into full tank; 3. he's a scaler. He gets going by the 1st-2nd item or if the opponent is very braindead; 4. everyone has %hp dmg; 5. The why Cho supp is not picked, it's because all other tank supports are better than him (that's why he's not meta duh)
my friend plays movespeed chogath with glacial augment and builds all the movespeed shit like shurleyas and dead mans plate and its pretty much the only build he uses for cho. its very funny theres definitely an actual guide for the build
