IDE397: a novel MAT2A inhibitor in patients with solid tumors harboring MTAP deletions

Initial enrollment included patients with lung, pancreatic and esophagogastric cancer, with the expansion cohort including additional patients with squamous lung and esophageal cancer. This interview took place at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) 2022 Congress in Paris, France.
