  • Welcome to Taiwan! This is my first experience after just landing and getting into local night market! I arrived to the Shilin Night Market and this places blowed my mind compeltely! Check it out why!!! This first experience absolutely blowed my mind and opened my eyes about Taiwan! I loved the experience and the food was the best ever I tried in China!
    What about prices?
    Welcome to Taiwan! Taiwanese food totally blow my mind! I have seen and tried things that I have never seen before! Check out my videos, here are the prices and names of the dishes!
    All the snacks cost me around 30-120 Taiwanese Dollars,
    My outline is peanut ice cream 70 Taiwanese Dollars. = 2.25USD
    Rice Sausage 30 Taiwanese Dollar = 97CENTS
    Micheline Guide soup 120 Taiwanese Dollar = 3,8USD
    Taiwan should be on your list when you travel to Asia! After I spent almost 5 years in Asia, Taiwan opened my eyes on the World cuisine, political problems and situation in the region, their open mind and also openness towards Western World. Taiwan is such a great and green Island and so independent. I am totally blowed by its open and friendly people and cuisine! I am absolutely convince to go back, during spring or summer time and just do hiking and eat!
    Did you know that only 30% of Taiwan is populated? And the rest of it is the NATURE! YES! Taiwan is the most mountainous Island in the WORLD! You can only imagine the amount of hiking they offer and healthy they are! So stay turned because I want to show you more of Taiwan and hopefully I can convince you of visiting Taiwan too! This is SOLO TRAVEL GIRL and remember to subscribe! like and share! so more people can visit amazing and so unique Taiwan.

    You are bringing back fond memories of my summer in Taiwan. I was young and went there during the summer to improve my Chinese language skills. It was the best summer of my life! I've returned only a few times since then, but this video has rekindled my desire to go back. The night markets are absolutely fabulous! I can't wait to return and sample more of that oh, so yummy food!!!

      I so much agree with you! I also loved Taiwan! Taiwanese food and night markets blowed my mind! I loved them absolutely! Taiwan convinced me to go back as I live in neighbourhood China, but Taiwan is another level of adventure, food and kindness of people! When I got lost and took wrong train, entire wagon was trying to figure out how to help me and find the maps to show me where to go next! haha it was such a great experience! I loved Taiwan and who knows, maybe see you there next time? : )

    you don't eat meat but you ate noodle with squid in this video. Isn't squid the meat of a sea animal ? Or simply you're an pescatarian ?
    In Taiwan we don't call potatoes 土豆。Instead we call them 馬鈴薯(malingsu).

    • @SoloTravelingGirl
      @SoloTravelingGirl  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey, yeah I don't eat red meat at all, I quit when I was around 13 years old, I was also vegan during some time, now I eat fish, sea food and chicken. and all types of veggies, :) about the potatoes, thank you for letting me know! IT WAS AMAZNG! I am seriously considering coming back to Taiwan but when the weather is a bit hotter so I can do hiking Any places you can recommend?
