Underground can be converted to mini theatre + gym becoz of no sound disturbance
and in master bedroom instead of mini kitchen, it can be study room/ Work from home area (keeping computers and library) as family members gather together in dining area around kitchen
Also in master bedroom, the small room (which is near balcony) can be a children/kids room, becoz of living with parents + also bit privacy for children

But the interior and floor plan is not that good.
• wasted area
• small drawing room ?
• master bedroom the most wasted place in this home •
If the architecture made building area “ 35 ft in length, it will be more comfortable and specious •
2nd : the dining area ..!!!! It looks for normal flat ? 😄

There is a lot of wasted space, for e.g. kitchen inside the bedroom, like wth! If the space were utilized more judiciously, then the price also could've been brought down a bit I guess. Ye 4-4.5 lakh nahi hai bhaisahab, 4-4.5 CRORE hai! Better to get a more value for money design from an actual architect (e.g. waste less space & use more premium architecture, stones, flooring, etc. - basement level has a lot of room for improvement, e.g. the swimming pool looks claustrophobic).
