Mam you say that the ion trapped drug is unable to go in blood also and unable to go back in lumen also, My question is that than how the drug is come in circulation?
The ion-trapped drug can enter circulation through mechanisms such as passive diffusion, active transport, facilitated diffusion, or endocytosis, depending on its chemical properties and the presence of transport proteins. Understanding the drug's ionization state and the pH gradient across membranes is crucial in determining how it moves into the bloodstream
How the drug which has been trapped in stomach parital cell how it will be absorb in blood. Can all drug which is acidic are have iontrapping in stomach parital cell?

The poll at 49.05,i didn't understand mam.. please clarify B option is where I got stuck The bioavailability of oral administered drug can be calculated by area under curve of oral administration...why iv administration also given in option...as we know it is always 100%
Ma'am ab medical store pr pharmacist hote hi nhi h aur jo hote h vo ghar se hi pharmacy kr lete h aur mai bhi pharmacy students hu aur apki hi video dekhta hu ap acha btate ho
Maam, I have one doubt How during distribution, the drug simultaneously goes to all three tissues, maam the whole blood from stomach and intestine, will it go to the liver? Or without going to liver, is there any other mechanism through which it directly reaches target organ ma'am, maam can you please explain how it reaches simultaneously to all the 3 tissues
Maam, Will the drug enters liver twice? Once after absorbed and the other after distribution Becz, first pass meta. n all occurs before distribution ryt ma'am?
Something is wrong with the definition of bioavailability. Bioavailability is not the concentration of drug in blood it is availability of drug which shows pharmacological action (whether therapeutic or lethal action) at last by binding with receptor. Comment whether I am right or Wrong.
No word for your teaching skill, seriously mam, thank you mam from my deep down heart💕💕
Prianka sanchdeva madam is truelly a gem....accept my heartiest respect madam drom Bangladesh
Best teacher in pharmacology
Beautiful explanation ma'am , u have art of teaching directly reaching in mind
Very interesting and enjoying your class, Very helpful and easy language lecture 😀
Ur way of teaching is good
Thank you, it makes my day to hear that..
Best explanation Mam ,really amazing and inspiring
Very very good teaching skill mam. Thnks a lot . To give your precious time. And the good concepts
Mam u r best teacher of pharmacology 👍❤
Mam , in the previous lecture you told that before reaching the different body parts drug will first go to liver for first pass metabolism
If drug is administered through Oral route/rectal route....then it should undergo first pass metabolism
Is the doctor choosing a drug based on the bioavailability? Then why the less or non-bio available drugs exist? Why can't they be withdrawn?
Mam.ur class woooooo
Thank you, I appreciate your complement
Such a brilliant lecture,full of concepts ❤
You really tried hard🎉
Good teaching skill I have no word for your teaching ability.
Very nice explanations 😊😊
ossum teaching ma'am 🥰
THANKU so much 💟
Awsome lecture mam i loved pharma after this class
Best teacher ever

Will the drug enters liver twice?
Once after absorbed and the other after distribution
Becz, first pass meta. n all occurs before distribution ryt ma'am?
What is role of gastric lavage in intravenous morphine overdose?
Mam... You are Gem 💎🩺
First pass metabolism only occurs in orally administered drugs
No....but high than other routers such as topical , subcutaneous, rectal
Mera 3rd vedio hai jo mai dekh raha hu. Abhi tak shandar raha safar.
maam which book u followed
Really can't thank you enough
Thanku mam ☺️🤞
Thank you for your kind words, keep studying..
Where can i get the notes?!!?
❤❤❤ best
Thank u mam
Bioavailability is different for person to person???
Yes
It was good

Bhai agar esa hota to iv route ki bioavailability 100 thodi hoti
Concentration or availability in this sense , both are same
It's a book definition and she is telling us for a concept
Love you mam
👍👍
👌👍
Listening at 2× and only i hear is Give me Thumbs up everyone 🙈
